Welcome to InterviewBuddys. By accessing or using our services, including our website, browser extension, and any other features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services. Please read these terms carefully before using our Services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Services, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

4. Account Registration

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

InterviewBuddys offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified subscription fees. We may change our subscription fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee change before it applies to you.

5.2 Billing

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that payment method for the subscription fees associated with your selected plan. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or cancel your access to the Services.

5.3 Subscription Term and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@interviewbuddys.com.

After the 7-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

For annual subscriptions, after the 7-day refund period, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
• Violate or infringe other people's rights
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access restrictions of the Services
• Use the Services in academic or professional settings where external assistance is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, features, and functionality are owned by InterviewBuddys and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the Services without our express written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
